Queensland Bottlers, a company that makes natural spring water products, had a big problem. They were making more products than their warehouse could hold. The warehouse was 7000 square meters in size. They needed to find another way for storage.

These products were delicate, so they couldn’t stack them on top of each other. This new system used only 570 square meters of space to store all the products. The old way of storing things on the ground could only fit 313 pallets in the same space. So, the new system increased the storage space by 80%.Using this new system turned out to be a smart money decision. If Queensland Bottlers had rented a second warehouse, it would have cost a lot in the long run. But with the shuttle racking system, they made back their money in just 1.8 years. After that, they started making more profit.
